Frequently Asked Questions

What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles?

A Private SUV can accommodate up to six passengers total, subject to luggage and ski-equipment fit. Share your passenger count, luggage, ski bags, snowboards, and other equipment so vehicle suitability can be confirmed. Private passenger vans can be booked online when the route is configured and availability is confirmed. Round trips and unsupported requests require a quote.

Do you provide child seats?

GoSno can provide one booster seat and one forward-facing child seat total, subject to availability. We do not provide rear-facing infant seats.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

When flight information is provided, GoSno may monitor available flight updates and coordinate pickup timing and meeting instructions with you. Baggage delivery, airport access, curbside restrictions, weather, and other operating conditions can affect timing, so remain in contact with dispatch or your driver. Waiting time or trip changes are handled according to the terms of your confirmed reservation and our cancellation policy.

How do weather delays on mountain passes affect my transfer?

Mountain travel remains subject to road, weather, closure, and traction-law conditions. Vehicles are assigned according to the trip and winter operating needs. If restrictions affect Vail Pass, Loveland Pass, or another route, dispatch coordinates available routing, delay, or pickup options with you.
