  • Trip details such as airport, destination, arrival or pickup date and time, passenger count, luggage and equipment information, and requested vehicle type.
  • Flight information you choose to provide, such as airline and flight number, for pickup coordination.
  • Booking and payment status information needed to confirm and support a reservation.

2. How We Use Information

  • To check route and vehicle availability and fulfill or support transportation requests.
  • To coordinate pickup and trip details using the information supplied with the booking.
  • To send booking, timing, service, or support communications by email, SMS, or phone when appropriate.
  • To maintain booking records, prevent duplicate or conflicting reservations, and support customer service.

3. Payments

Current online card payments are processed through the secure RezdyPay checkout flow and its payment-processing providers. GoSno does not receive or store your full credit card number on its application servers. We may retain booking identifiers, payment status, transaction references, and other non-card information needed to confirm and support a reservation.

4. Service Providers & Operations

We may use service providers that support booking, payments, hosting, communications, databases, and transportation operations. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service, process a booking, communicate with you, or meet legal and security obligations.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the information handled by our systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should avoid sending full payment-card details through email, text message, or quote forms.
