By booking or requesting private transportation with GoSno LLC ("GoSno"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Transportation Services

GoSno provides private passenger transportation between supported Colorado airport origins and mountain destinations. Service may be provided by private SUVs or passenger vans. Final pickup and drop-off locations are subject to legal access, airport or property rules, road conditions, weather, closures, and other operating conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

Published one-way trips may be booked online when the selected route, vehicle, date, and time are available. A reservation is not complete until the applicable checkout succeeds and GoSno issues or displays booking confirmation. Current online payments are processed through the secure RezdyPay checkout flow. Round trips and trips that are not supported by online booking may require a quote.

3. Passenger, Luggage & Equipment Fit

Vehicle capacity depends on passenger count, luggage, skis, snowboards, child-seat requests, and other equipment. Customers should provide accurate trip and equipment details so an appropriate vehicle can be assigned. Items must be carried or secured in a manner that is safe and lawful for the assigned vehicle.

4. Trip Timing & Conditions

Travel times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, road restrictions, closures, airport operations, property access, or other conditions outside GoSno's control. Supplied flight information may be used for pickup coordination, but customers should follow the final meeting and timing instructions confirmed for their trip.

5. Governing Law

These terms and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
